General
Info.... |
CJYF
is a member of the Southwest Youth
Football Conference. Teams in the SWC are: Carthage (2), Carl Junction
(2), Joplin (3), Lamar, McCounty, Neosho (2), Seneca,
Webb City (2). |
CJYF provides each player with a helmet,
shoulder pads, a mouth-piece and a game
jersey for the first year player.
(The helmet & shoulder pads are to be turned in at seasons end.) |
Tackle
football is a full contact sport
played in helmets and pads. |
All
players are required to have a physical
and a birth certificate "copy" at registration. |
Games
are played on league members HS
football fields, 3-home, 4-away, or vise versa. |

| All
games (7) are played on Saturday. |
|
At
the end of each season, the SWC hosts
a Super Bowl Weekend. All teams will
play either a Saturday or Sunday game. |
Games
begin in early September. |
